Ask Me About Wednesday, April 15, 2015

Today we worked together to write a report about our trip to Rose Hill Manor.  We used photographs from our trip and told about each of the places we visited.  Tomorrow we will each write a report that "zooms in" on one part of the trip.  We began to compare life today with life long ago by looking at some of the artifacts we saw on the trip and talking about what we have instead.
We listened to a funny story today called Ginger and Petunia, by Patricia Pollaco.  Ask me to tell you what happened when Petunia the Pig was left alone at home.  It's astonishing!  Ask me what astonishing and elegant mean!
We did a quick pre-assessment of ordinal numbers and found that we need just a little practice to be sure we are accurate in finding the correct placement of items when we use ordinal words.

Have a nice evening!
Juliet
